A custom-appearance plush sample is USD 300 and takes about 3 weeks. The sample ships with our standard English firmware and your custom exterior. Agent users can test the AI in their local language on the sample, and the English firmware can already be set to hold conversations in many languages.
Changing the firmware to add local-language offline voice interaction, custom expressions, default agents or parental-control features is a USD 800 customisation fee. For orders of 1,000 pcs or more (MOQ 1,000) the firmware customisation is provided free. Other functions and product requirements are quoted separately.
The companion phone app is built on the Tuya platform and complies with GDPR. A fully customised, branded Tuya app is priced higher and quoted per project.
On the WonderBear platform the main customisation is the product packaging and the hardware brand identity. Anything beyond that, such as new functions, is discussed per project.
